BONZZ'S QUICK REFERENCE CULTURAL CHARTS

So many half elven arts, you might need these charts! -- Bonzz

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Below are quick reference charts for Half Elf Cultural items.

I have not necessarily included the sub-combines for some of the common (non-cultural) ingredients.

NOTE: All sub-combines can be done in most any combine device or container. The cultural combine device or container is only necessary when making the final product (the final combine) for plate, silk, leather and chain armor.

NOTE: There are many, many sub-combines you can make. You can make any template item. However, only certain templates can be made into final Cultural Armors for your particular race.

NOTE: There are eleven (11) variant types of ores, silks, pelts, marrow, spinnerets and loam that can be used in template combines, but not all of them can be made into the actual, final Cultural Armors.

CULTURAL SEWING NEEDLES

Every race has cultural sewing needle that they need to craft (make).

They also have a cultural "essence" they need to make (craft), that is used to make the needle.

The recipe for all cultural needles, in general, is an Embroidering Needle

(Smithing 122) which is made as follows:

The cultural needle combine is accomplished inside most any forge (Smithing Trivial 132).

Any race can make any needles (they are tradable).

The cultural essence you need is crafted in most any Brew Barrel, Brewing (Trivial 122). The "essence" is made with a Water Flask and the "Essence Ingredient" listed in the below chart.

The essences can be made by any race (they are tradable).

Lastly, a Simple Sewing Needle (universal to all races) is also used in tailoring sub-combines. It can be purchased from Tailoring Merchants in most any city or "shopping" zones.

SMITHED SEALS

These combines are made in most any Forge.

There are tiered versions of the seals, that vary by expansion.

The seals can be made by anyone and are used in a subsequent (and expensive) combine to make the final augmentations, which also require a raid drop.

The Cosgrove (and subsequent) Seals are slot specific (one seal for each of the seven visible slots... Head, Chest, Arms, Hands, Feet, Legs & Wrists). They use the same basic recipe, but they also add a chainmail template for the slot you are making it for.

The chainmail templates are used even if you are a plate or chain class. The chainmail templates can be purchased from some of the smithing vendors in Plane of Knowledge.

Most of the various "Water" items can be purchased from Amile Pitt in Plane of Knowledge. Cosgrove Water is sold by Useful Automated Vendor in Brell's Rest. Platinum Bars are sold by most Jewelry Vendors.

The needed Seal Pattern is made two hundred (200) at a time by combining a Large Bottle of Ink (Weight 0.5); a Quill (Magic, Weight 0.1); Roll of Superb Vellum; a Compacted Backpack (Weight 3.0); and the quested book (Seals of Darkhollow, Weight 5.0), inside a Book Binding (No Trade, Weight 8.0, 10-slot Large).

The needed Vial of Purified Mana is cast up by Level 45+ Enchanters, using four (4) Ruby (sold by some of the Jewelry Vendors in Plane of Knowledge) and a Poison Vial (sold by some of the Poison Vendors in Plane of Knowledge).

All other items are dropped in the related zones / group instances / raids of the related expansions.

TAILORED SEALS

These combines are made in most any Loom or Sewing Kit.

There are tiered versions of the seals, that vary by expansion.

The seals can be made by anyone and are used in a subsequent (and expensive) combine to make the final augmentations, which require a raid drop.

The Cosgrove (and subsequent) Seals diverted from past seals in that they became slot specific (one seal for each of the seven visible slots... Head, Chest, Arms, Hands, Feet, Legs & Wrists). They use the same basic recipe, but they also add a silk template for the slot you are making it for.

The silk templates are used even if you are a cloth or leather class.

The silk templates can be purchased from some of the tailoring vendors in Plane of Knowledge. Most of the various "Water" items can be purchased from Amile Pitt in Plane of Knowledge. Cosgrove Water is sold by Useful Automated Vendor in Brell's Rest.

Platinum Thread is sold some by some of the Tailoring Vendors in Plane of Knowledge.

The needed Seal Pattern is made two hundred (200) at a time by combining a Large Large Bottle of Ink (Weight 0.5); a Quill (Magic, Weight 0.1);  Roll of Superb Vellum; a Compacted Backpack (Weight 3.0); and the quested book, Seals of Darkhollow (Weight 5.0), inside a Book Binding (No Trade, Weight 8.0, 10-slot Large).

The needed Vial of Purified Mana is cast up by Level 45+ Enchanters, using four (4) Ruby(sold by some of the Jewelry Vendors in Plane of Knowledge) and a Posion Vial (sold by some of the Poison Vendors in Plane of Knowledge), per vial.

All other items are dropped in the related zones / group instances / raids of the related expansions.

If you are a Gnome Paladin, you also have the option of Tinkering the Seals.

These combines are made in most any Toolbox.

There are tiered versions of the seals, that vary by expansion.

The seals can be made, via tinkering, only by Gnomes, and are used in a subsequent (and expensive) combine to make the final augmentations, which require a raid drop.

The Cosgrove (and subsequent) Seals are slot specific (one seal for each of the seven visible slots... Head, Chest, Arms, Hands, Feet, Legs & Wrists). They use the same basic recipe, but they also add a template for the slot you are making it for.

The chainmail templates are used even if you are a cloth or leather class.  The chainmail templates can be purchased from some of the tailoring vendors in Plane of Knowledge.

Most of the various "Parts Mold" items can be purchased from Amile Pitt in Plane of Knowledge. Cosgrove Water is sold by Useful Automated Vendor in Brell's Rest. Platinum Bars are some by some of the Jewelry Vendors in Plane of Knowledge. Gnomish Heat Source be purchased from Eric Rasumus in Plane of Knowledge.
