The 'Curse of Blood' raids are part of the Depths of Darkhollow progression. They progressively reduce and eliminate the zone-wide curse that you would otherwise be hit with in certain zones.

SENDAII, THE HIVE QUUEN

1) UNDERSHORE: You are looking for Boss Harrowan, who is (location info).

This is a raid event that requires at least six (6) Players and a maximum of fifty-four (54) Players.

You will need at least indifferent or better faction with Boss Harrowan to request this raid. Hail and follow along with Boss Harrowan, or just try saying, 'gather such a force.'

2) QUEEN SENDAII'S LAIR: The entrance to this zone a few zones away in The Hive.

Make your way to Stoneroot Falls and then to The Hive and the entrance to Queen Sendaii's Lair will be marked on your compass. It is.....

3) QUEEN SENDAII'S LAIR: Upon zoning in, you will be hit with the zone wide effect, 'Curse of the Hive Queen' that will reduce your resists by up to 100, depending on how many 'Curse of Blood' raids you have completed.

This zone is basically a large round room. Set up at a side location as your primary raid spot.

To start the event, destroy a glowing egg, that should be nearby as you zone in, to start the event, which includes timers for when the waves spawn.

Once done, the battle is on and here is what to expect:

WAVE 1: Twelve (12) a venomous drone (can shadow step); an enchanted drone (can summon); and / or a warded drone (can summon and can be mezzed) attack. Kill them, you have five (5) minutes before the next wave.
WAVE 2: Twelve (12) a royal guardian (can shadow step); a royal defender (enrages); a drachnid adept (caster); a drachnid handmaiden (healer); and / or a devoted acolyte (can cast Divine Barrier, but can be mezzed). Kill them!
About eight (8) minutes after the second wave spawns, Sendaii, the Hive Queen will become active (no need to tank) and spawn the next wave by slowly moving about and causing the eggs about the room to hatch.
WAVE 3: There will be about fifty-four (54) adds that include a risen ancient (rampages, uses Venomous Thoughts a 5K Mana drain); a vengeful ancient (flurries, can be mezzed and uses and uses Spider's Embrace, a 3K DD and procs Toxic Blast a 6k DD, when they die); and / or an enraged ancient (single target rampage, enrages and can be mezzed... they use Puncture, a 1,425 DD, Spiders Curse, a -220 Stats and -300 Poison and Vile Web a Root with 675 DD, 250 HP DoT and -18 Disease).
As you deal with Wave 3, Sendaii, the Hive Queen will be be using Hive Queen Aura, a PB AoE 11K DD and -500 Disease. So, keep moving to the opposite side of the room where she is.
If Wave 3 is not defeated within 45 minutes, Sendaii, the Hive Queen will join the fray, so get them dead before Sendaii, the Hive Queen goes aggro.
Sendaii, the Hive Queen flurries, enrages and uses a few PB AoE's Queen's Frontal Strike (-500 Magic, 8K DD), Queen's Sweeping Strike (-500 Magic, 8K DD), Tangled Web (70% Snare, -15 Poison) and Venomous Fog (1.5K DD, 800 HP DoT, -35 Poison).
At 75% Health, Sendaii, the Hive Queen will split into four versions of herself. Only one of them is the 'real' Sendaii, the Hive Queen. DPS the real Sendaii, the Hive Queen to 50% (how to tell which is real?) and the fakes will despawn.
At about 25% Health, about forty (4) a drachnid elite guard will spawn (single target rampage) and also attack. Defeat all of the a drachnid elite guard and Sendaii, the Hive Queen to win the event.
