TSAPH KATTA'S URN OF REJUVENATION
This is an involved quest for a neat little clicky item, that basically gives you a rechargeable 500 HP HoT and a 2K Damage Absorption shield.
This item is crafted from items that you obtain from various tasks originating in Katta Castrum.
I have organized the tasks by which "crafted part" they apply to.
None the less, you can do any of the tasks noted (in each section) in all most any order. Solteris progression is involved (related) in accomplishing these tasks.
You will need high end competent groups (or mini-raids) to accomplish this quest.
NOTE/WARNING: If you have not combined any items, you will not be able to claim the same reward twice (they are lore). However, if you have combined some items, be sure not to claim the same quest reward item more than once!
NOTE: Task rewards, as I note them below, will depend heavily on if you have all ready done other tasks or not (thus allowing more options as to what you can claim). The items offered to you can be different... or you can have more than one item to choose from. Thus, if the reward I indicate is not the reward you are offered, don't panic! It will be offered to you in a different task as the reward options unfold, task by task.
NOTE: Some of the NPC's involved may not respond or offer you tasks. If so, it is likely because your faction is insufficient, thus you will need to work on faction.

1) KATTA CASTRUM: You are looking for Arcanist Thalian (Level 65), inside the main pyramid on the main floor.
NOTE: If you have done the Portal Activation series of tasks (described here), it is possible you have some of the items awarded in this task series, all ready. If so, you only have to do as many of these tasks as necessary, until you obtain all of the parts noted below.
I strongly recommend doing the portal activation tasks, anyway.
Hail him and follow along, or just try saying, "Round up," to get the task called "Renegade Servants."

2) Now find Alchemist Hesia (Level 75), who is in the same room.
Hail her and follow along, or just try saying, "Retrieve," to get the task called, "Herb Retrieval."

3) Now find Guard Captain Parvus (Level 75).
He is in one of the tents in the grassy area, outside and just south of the main pyramid.
Hail him and follow along or just try saying, "Serpents," to get the task known as "Parvus #1: The Serpent Slayer."

4) Now head to the building on the outer ring (southeast) commonly called the "Green House."
It is easily spotted from a distance by the unique glass dome on top.
In this general area you can pull and kill all the MOB's you need, for these three tasks.
The MOB's in the greenhouse are "Shissar" and drop the items (herbs) you need.
There are elemental MOB's a short way northwest, around the corner... and Shissar camps southwards of you.
While you are here, you want to kill MOB's (all Level 73 to 79) until you have:
Killed five (5) "Darkmud" elemental MOB's (Renegade Servants);
Killed five (5) A Vortex of the Deep (Renegade Servants);
Killed five (5) Fire (or Flame) Whisperers (Renegade Servants);
Killed twenty (20) of any "Shissar" type MOB's (Parvus #1: The Serpent Slayer);
"Explore the overtaken greenhouse" (go inside with invis) (Herb Retrieval);
Collected 1 Stingthistle (Weight 0.8) (Herb Retrieval);
Collected 1 Bleakwort (Weight 0.8) (Herb Retrieval);
Collected 1 Blue Aloe (Weight 0.8) (Herb Retrieval);
Collected 1 Wyrmvine (Weight 0.8) (Herb Retrieval).

5) Killing the fifteen (15) elemental type MOB's will immediately finish the "Renegade Servants" task.
You can then claim your reward.
The reward should be the Dusty Pottery Piece (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0, Required Level 65).

6) Head back to Alchemist Hesia.
Give her the four (4) "herbs" you collected to finish the "Herb Retrieval" task and claim your reward.
The reward should be the Dusty Pottery Shard (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0, Required Level 65).

7) Head back to Arcanist Thalian.
Hail him and follow along, or just try saying, "Next project," to get the task called, "Storms of Magic."

8) Head over to Guard Captain Parvus.
Hail him to finish the "Parvus #1: The Serpent Slayer" task and claim your reward.
The reward should be the Dusty Pottery Splinter (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0, Required Level 65).

9) Now hail Guard Captain Parvus and follow along, or just try saying, "Prepared," to get the task called, "Parvus #2: Battling the Shissar".

10) Head back to the same area as before.
This time you need to kill the following (all Level 73 to 79):
Five (5) A Shissar Templar (Parvus #2: Battling the Shissar);
Five (5) A Shissar Firetongue (Parvus #2: Battling the Shissar);
Five (5) A Shissar Shadowslither (Parvus #2: Battling the Shissar);
Five (5) A Shissar Revenant (Parvus #2: Battling the Shissar);
Five (5) A Shissar Arbiter (Parvus #2: Battling the Shissar).
Kill as many of any "dervish" type MOB as it takes until you collect ten (10) Sparkling Coral Dust (No Trade, Weight 0.1) (Storms of Magic).

11) Head back to Arcanist Thalian.
Give him the ten (10) Sparkling Coral Dust to complete the "Storms of Magic" task and claim your reward.
The reward should be the Dusty Pottery Chip (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0, Required Level 65).

12) Head over to Guard Captain Parvus.
Hail him to finish the "Parvus #2: Battling the Shissar" task and claim your reward.
The reward should be the Smooth Urn Handle (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0, Required Level 65).

13) Now hail Guard Captain Parvus and follow along, or just try saying, "Heads," to get the task called "Parvus #3: Beheading the Snake."

14) You now need to kill Commander Zzarishazum (Level 78) (Parvus #3: Beheading the Snake).
He is located in the northwest outer ring area, in a large building there.
There are a good number of MOB's around him that see invis, as well, but a good puller can solo-pull him outside the building.
He hits up to 2.1K, has a knockback/warp and summons.

15) Head back to Guard Captain Parvus.
Haul him to finish the "Parvus #3: Beheading the Snake" and claim your reward.
The reward should be the Dusty Urn Fragment (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0, Required Level 65).

16) Now head over to Trader Hyalunes (Level 75).
He is located in the vendor or "bazaar" area, south of the main pyramid.
NOTE: Have a bag slot open!
NOTE: You will need enough faction for him to sell to you. However, by now, it should not be an issue.
You need to buy a Pottery Sealant (No Trade, Weight 0.8, 10-slot Large, 0% Weight Reduction).
It will cost you ten (10) Orum (Magic, Weight 0.0).
Orum are earned via group missions out of Katta Castrum... or they can be obtained from other players.

17) Now put the Dusty Pottery Chip, Dusty Pottery Fragment, Dusty Pottery Piece, Dusty Pottery Shard and the Dusty Pottery Splinter inside the Pottery Sealant.
Combine them to make a Dusty Urn Fragment (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0, Required Level 65).
Hold on to this!
NOTE: Also hold on to the Smooth Urn Handle.

Reacquiring Control The Incursion
18) Seek out Sorcerer Xycl (Level 80). He is inside the center pyramid on the main floor.
Hail him and follow along or just try saying, "Task" to be offered five (5) different tasks.
Get all of them (say "Task" each time to get the list again).
NOTE: You may want to hold off on the "The Incursion" task, as it is a bit difficult.
The tasks are called:
Cavernous Reconnaissance;
Exploring the Chambers;
Inconsequential Restoration;
Reacquiring Control;
The Incursion.

19) THALASSIUS, THE CORAL KEEP: Head to this zone.
Completing these tasks can be done with a single group, but it will take you many long hours.
This is because of the off pathing issues in the zone (do not try to pull up or past or "up" any of the ramps), MOB difficulty (they are all Level 72 to 78-plus) and the sheer number of MOB's in the zone.
NOTE: A secret of this zone is not to pull up or down ramps, as bad pathing will train you. Instead, clear and then move up/down ramps into a near corner of the next area.
You can speed things up a little if you use Invis to sneak past many of the MOB's. There are a few annoying see invis MOB's that seem to always be in the most inconvenient locations (the "Puddle" MOB's all see Invis... in fact, they also see through hide/sneak).
I suggest a mini raid, to just to slowly zerg your way through (everyone in the raid will get kill credit, barring bugs).
Any way, first up, do the easier "up top" (not inside the tunnels) steps first, as follows:
Kill ten (10) "Hraquis" of any kind (Reacquiring Control);
Kill ten (10) "Regrua" of any kind (Reacquiring Control);
Kill five (5) "Turtles" of any kind (Reacquiring Control);
Kill five (5) "Sea Dredgers" of any kind (Reacquiring Control);
Kill Muckdiver or Rockcrusher (one or the other, not both) (Reacquiring Control);
Examine the southern tower (use Invis and Levi) (Cavernous Reconnaissance);
Examine the eastern tower (use Invis and Levi) (Cavernous Reconnaissance);
Examine the western tower (use Invis and Levi) (Cavernous Reconnaissance);
Examine one of the northern towers (use Invis and Levi) (Cavernous Reconnaissance);
Examine one of the northern towers (use Invis and Levi) (Cavernous Reconnaissance).
NOTE: the "examine" steps are merely location updates. Some of them can be a little difficult to get, but they are pretty obvious as to where to go (just look for the towers). You may have to drop levitation and run around, abut and up against the columns to find some of he updates.
20) Now it is time to head into the tunnels (aka the "Keep").
Essentially, you will need to fight or "stealth" you way around to the left (or the right), making a full circle back to the entrance.
This will be a long endeavor.
You are after the following task updates:

21) Head back to the zone line (center of upper area) (The Incursion).
NOTE/WARNING: You MUST run there! You must not die, succor, gate out and zone back or anything that resembles zoning. This is because the "artifacts" you collected will disappear from your inventory and you will not be able to complete "The Incursion" task. This is not a bug, it is part of the task difficulty.
Once at the zone line, you should find Sorcerer Xycl waiting for you (or he will appear in short order).
Hail him to finish "The Incursion" task (the artifacts will now disappear from your inventory, properly).
You can now claim your reward, which should be the Polished Pottery Fragment (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0, Required Level 65).

22) KATTA CASTRUM: If hailing the version of Xycl that appeared in Thalassius did not complete all of the other tasks as well, head back to the Xycl in Katta.
Hail him to finish the rest of the tasks and claim your rewards.
You should be able to claim:
Polished Pottery Chip (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0, Required Level 65) (Cavernous Reconnaissance);
Polished Pottery Piece (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0, Required Level 65) (Exploring the Chambers);

23) Head back to to Trader Hyalunes.

24) Now put the Polished Pottery Chip, Polished Pottery Fragment, Polished Pottery Piece, Polished Pottery Shard and the Polished Pottery Splinter inside the Pottery Sealant.
Combine them to make a Polished Urn Fragment (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0, Required Level 65).

25) Now seek out Archarcanist Pintanus (Level 70), inside the main pyramid on the main floor.
Hail him and follow along, or just try saying "Task," "Interested" and "Another," to get three (3) tasks called, "Snakes on the Plain," "Adapting to the Environment" and "Adapting to the Environment II."

26) Now head to the library (entered via the small pyramid, southwest of the main pyramid, in the southwest section of the center area).
Inside you will find Chief Librarian Lars (Level 75).
Hail him and follow along, or just try saying, "Books" and "Analyze" to get two tasks, called "Zhisza Cipher" and "Retrieving the Lost Knowledge."

27) ZHISZA, THE SHISSAR SANCTUARY: You are here to kill a good number of MOB's and to collect a number of items, as noted below.
The zone is a path that goes in a big circle. Your targets are all around the zone.
You are here to do the following:

28) KATTA CASTRUM: Head back to Archarcanist Pintanus.
Hail him and give him the Pit Viper Venom, Cobra Venom, Copperhead Venom, three (3) Insect Mandible, three (3) Beetle Wing, three (3) Gorilla Fang and the three (3) Snake Sac and then claim your rewards, as follows:
Worn Pottery Shard (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0) (Adapting to the Environment);
Worn Pottery Fragment (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0) (Adapting to the Environment II);
Worn Pottery Chip (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0) (Snakes on the Plain).

29) Now head back over to Chief Librarian Lars.
Hail him and give him the Bottom Half of Zhisza Cipher, Top Half of Zhisza Cipher, History of the Combine, Treatise on Teleportation, the five (5) Illegible Combine Tome and then claim your rewards, as follows:
Worn Pottery Piece (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0) (Zhisza Cipher);

30) Head back to to Trader Hyalunes.

Zio is on the top floor of a tower to the southeast (area of n2010, n2010).

34) SILYSSAR, NEW CHELSITH: You are here to kill a number of MOB's and collect a number of items, as follows:
Ground Level:
Collect five (5) Shissar Artifact (Magic, No Trade, Weight 1.2), which are awarded from destroying A Rubble Pile (Level 1). They are easily located and easily killed from a distance, just in from the zone tunnel, around the near buildings (it appears on your cursor) (Remnants of a Lost Civilization);
Kill ten (10) A Brackwater Elemental (Level 76) (Remnants of a Lost Civilization II);
Kill ten (10) A Brackwater Goo (Level 77) (Remnants of a Lost Civilization II);
Collect five (5) Artifact Shard (Magic, No Trade, Weight 1.2), which drops from "goo" and "elemental" MOB's (Level 76 to 81) (Remnants of a Lost Civilization II).
In the 1st Pyramid:
Kill Disciple Tizlrim (Level 79) (found in the 2nd Pyramid, through the main door and down the left ramp) (Seeking Revenge);
Keep going the same direction... and deliver a Vial of Thick Green Fluid to Mordezh (Level 73) (in order to hand over this item, the area must be clear of MOB's as well as other players, familiars and even mercenaries) (Death Sentence);
Further in... deliver a Vial of Thick Green Fluid to Lizzha (Level 73) (in order to hand over this item, the area must be clear of MOB's as well as other players, familiars and even mercenaries) (Death Sentence);
Explore the first pyramid (this update is near the portal to the second pyramid, which is straight in the main door (back up top of pyramid) of the first pyramid... the area must be clear of any MOB's to get the update) (Eye in the Sky).
In the 2nd Pyramid:
Kill Defiler Morduz (Level 79) (he is in the first pyramid, in the main door and down the left ramp) (Seeking Revenge);
In this same area (down), deliver a Vial of Thick Green Fluid to Hi`szhia (Level 73) (in order to hand over this item, the area must be clear of MOB's as well as other players, familiars and even mercenaries) (Death Sentence);
Kill Reaver Ail`zhin (Level 79) (found in the 2nd pyramid, in the same room as the portal that takes you back down to ground level) (Seeking Revenge);
Explore the second pyramid (this update is near the portal to the third pyramid, which is straight in the main door (back up top of the pyramid) of the second pyramid... the area must be clear of any MOB's to get the update) (Eye in the Sky).
In the 3rd Pyramid:
Explore the third pyramid (this update is near the portal to the back down to the ground level, which is straight in the main door of the third pyramid... the area must be clear of any MOB's to get the update) (Eye in the Sky).

35) KATTA CASTRUM: Head back to Archarcanist Pintanus.
Hail him and then give him the five (5) Shissar Artifact and the five (5) Artifact Shard to complete the tasks "Remnants of a Lost Civilization" and "Remnants of a Lost Civilization II" and "Eye in the Sky," then claim your rewards, as follows:
Smudged Pottery Fragment (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0) (Remnants of a Lost Civilization);
Smudged Pottery Chip (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0) (Eye in the Sky);
Smudged Pottery Splinter (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0) (Remnants of a Lost Civilization II).

36) Now go back to Vizier Zio.
Hail him to finish the tasks called, "Death Sentence" and "Seeking Revenge," and then claim your rewards, as follows:
Smudged Pottery Piece (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0) (Death Sentence);
Smudged Pottery Shard (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0) (Seeking Revenge).

37) Nearby, in this same area, you you should see Arcanist Variszh (Level 75).
Hail him and follow along, or just try saying, "Collect," to get the task called, "Library Heist."

38) Now head to the library.
This area is located by way of a portal in the lower center area on the south west side. Look for a mini pyramid with a glowing top. Run up on top to port into the library (this is not an instanced zone, just a different area of the same zone).
You are here to collect some ground spawns as follows:
Saving Tsaph Katta (Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.8) (in the northeast corner of the 1st floor);
Sphinx Habitation (Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.8) (in the south west corner of the first floor);
Kedge Habitation (Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.8) (in the northwest corner of the second floor);
Prexus' Wrath (No Trade, Weight 0.8) (in the south corner of the second floor).
THIS SOUNDS SIMPLE, BUT IT ISN'T!
You have to collect (or more accurately, steal...) these four books without being seen by any of the MOB's in the library.... period.
If, at any time, you are seen at any time, the books poof from your inventory and you will be banished out of the library.
Don't worry, however, you can go right back in and try again.
This will take use of invis and stealthy timing to avoid and maneuver around the see invis MOB's.
NOTE: An easy method is to garner the services of a mage. Have the mage simply CoH you point to point.
NOTE: Another cheat is to gate out, put the book you collected in the bank and then go back and repeat the process three more times. If they see and banish you, the books are not "confiscated" because they aren't in your inventory.

39) Now head back to Zio.
Give him the four (4) books (Step 38) to finish the task, "Library Heist" and claim your reward, as follows:
Cracked Urn Handle (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0).

40) Head back to to Trader Hyalunes.
NOTE: Have a bag slot open!
Buy another Pottery Sealant (No Trade, Weight 0.8, 10-slot Large, 0% Weight Reduction).

41) Now put the Smudged Pottery Chip, Smudged Pottery Fragment, Smudged Pottery Piece, Smudged Pottery Shard and the Smudged Pottery Splinter inside the Pottery Sealant.
Combine them to make a Smudged Urn Fragment (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0, Required Level 65).
Hold to this!

42) Now for the final combine!
Buy yet another Pottery Sealant from Trader Hyalunes.
Now combine the Dusty Urn Fragment, Cracked Urn Handle, Polished Urn Fragment, Smudged Urn Fragment, Worn Urn Fragment and the Smooth Urn Handle inside the Pottery Sealant to make Tsaph Katta's Urn of Rejuvenation!

FINAL NOTE: This item has five (5) charges of "Deep Stasis." Once used, you can recharge it by simple going back to Katta and handing it to Head Attendant Haestus (Level 80), who is in the top of the main pyramid.
