Garish Festival Charm (Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.1).VRALD'S SILKEN SACK
This quest (task) if for a very good weight reduction bag. I would say it is the best in the game, not only because it weighs only 0.1 itself, but in addition to making items inside it weightless, it also reduces the weight of any coin you are carrying!

QUEST SHORTCUT
1) LOPING PLAINS: You are looking for Vrald (Level 78).
He can be found just inside Loping Plains at the camp near the zone-in from the Steamfont Mountains.
Hail him and follow along or just try saying, "Left," to get the task called "Vrald's Lost Brother."

2) Now you need to recover Wegar's Journal (No Trade, Weight 0.0).
Levi and IVU, then run out the gate and float directly down to the bottom at a bush, at the end of the path there.
In the bush is Wegar's Corpse (Level ??).
Just getting near it will cause Wegar's Journal to appear on your cursor.

3) Head back to Vrald.
Give Wegar's Journal to Vrald.

4) Now invis up and head north from Vrald.
Along the trial, and perhaps a bit over in the grass to the right, you should get another update (re: Wegar's secret mine entrance).

5) Now you need to find and kill Shadowloper (Level 76) and loot the Garish Festival Charm (Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.1).
He will spawn near Step 4, above.
NOTE: Six (6) of these drop.
He can hit up to 1.3K, ramps and flurries.
He will also have two (2) or three (3) undead helpers called Drangol Ghoul (Level 73).
This is further complicated by other MOB's in the area that can also aggro. However, a good puller can pull Shadowloper from his spawn point before he is damaged, and avoid the adds (they seem to spawn at the same place).

6) Head back to Vrald.
Give him the Garish Festival Charm.

7) Now head out into the zone to the goblin/orc camp not too far from the druid rings, along the wall.
You need to kill five (5) A Nightwalker Sentry (Level 75 to 77).

8) Now you need to kill A Plague-ridden Nightwalker (Level 76), which can be found there in the same camp.
NOTE: I have seen some reference that you have to kill one of these per person, who has this task. When I did it, everyone in my group got proper credit with just a single kill.

9) Head back to Vrald.
Hail him for an update.

10) You need to find the Oracle of the Three Oaks (Level 80).
Three Oaks is located in the big hollow tree near the druid rings.
Hail Three Oaks for an update.

11) You now need explore the "Roots of Elddandor."
Right there at Three Oaks is a "root" door. Click it to open it.
This update is straight down the path (invis will work, just don't go all the way to the end).

12) You now need to kill a Blighted Glogg Imp (Level 77).
It is in the same tunnel as the last update. You can either clear or have a good puller to single pull it.
Once it is dead, loot an Idlegrime Spore No Trade, Weight 0.0).
It drops six (6) of these.

13) Go back to the Oracle of the Three Oaks.
Give Oracle of the Three Oaks the Idlegrime Spore.

14) Head back to Vrald.
Hail him for an update.
.
15) Now head to the "Festival Grounds" for the next update.
This is in the lower area from the Druid Rings (where the undead camp is, update is on the left side).

16) Now you need to find and kill Larwynn the Haunting (Level 78).
He is in this same camp.
A good puller can pull it solo.
Once dead, loot a Wegar's Missing Pages (No Trade, Weight 0.0) (he will drop six (6) of them).

17) Head back to Vrald.
Give him Wegar's Missing Pages for an update.

18) Head back to the "Festival Grounds."
You now need to kill the Wegar's Ghost (Level 78).
A good puller can pull it solo.

19) Now you need to kill Elladrial (Level 80 to 82), located in this same camp.
A good puller can pull it solo.
Once dead, loot Wegar's Last Words (No Trade, Weight 0.0).

21) Head back to Vrald.
Give him the Wegar's Last Words to finish this task!
Open up a bag slot and claim your task reward!
