This is a clicky item that can be used once every 20 Hours.
If you do the progression for Seeds of Destruction and pursue the other tasks series for other items (re: the Augs, etc.), you will end up accomplishing many of the tasks for this item.
This clicky effect on this item is basic, but involved to explain. The intent of this item was not originally a once-a-day HP / Mana / Endurance refresh. The intent is as a once-a-day "risky venture" rescue.
You can look at this item like a self Call of the Hero with a staunch recovery effect. Or better, a "rewind" effect.
When clicked, 6-seconds later, you will tether back to wherever it was that you clicked it. After you tether back, you will also get up to a 30K HP heal and a 10K Mana/Endurance refresh. The catch is that you can't do this unless you are over 90% in all three categories all ready.
So essentially, you click the item, run into dangerous unknown/territory, and if you survive for 6-seconds, you are "tethered" back to your start point, refreshed.
Sadly, you can't go very far in 1-tick!
