KEY TO OLD SEBILIS
This zone is occupied by Frogluks for the most part. It is commonly called "Seb" or Sebilis or OS -- but it's true name is the Ruins of Old Sebilis. In order to get into this zone you have to make the treacherous journey to and through Trakanon's Teeth and then use an Orb to transport yourself in (just click on it, after you have quested the "key").
You must have the Idol of Trakanon in order to activate the portal. The Idol is soulbound. Once you have actually used the Idol -- you can actually destroy it to make room in your inventory. The Idol will still remain on your keyring, forever!
UPDATE: In 2008 Sony decided to allow access to this zone by merit of level (Level 46).

THE QUEST
1) Your quest is fully in Trakanon's Teeth.
You will need to kill the Frogluk Hunter (around Level 47) and the Frogluk Forager (around Level 45).
They will drop a Medallion of Kunzar (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.1) and a Medallion of Nathsar (Magic, Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.1).
You can find them both in the north/east end of the zone not too far from the Emerald Jungle. The services of a tracker will be useful here.
They spawn pretty regular.
They also drop a decent bow -- the Spectral Bow (Lore, No Drop, Magic, Damage 19, Delay 50, Range 150, Dexterity 3, Weight 8.5, Ranger, Warrior, All Races).
.
2) Once you have the two medallions -- you will need to have the Invisible to Undead buff, unless you want to fight a boatload of undead MOB's.
Head for the west side of the zone.
In the NW corner you will find a tunnel.
Head in and find Emperor Ganak (Level 60).
He should be indifferent to you. Drop the Invisible and walk up to him.
Give him the two medallions and he will give you the Idol of Trakanon!
