THE CHALICE OF LIFE
aka Tunare's Shrine: The Corruption of Ro Access
This is a quest for a very nice Aug, that consists of three group tasks and one raid mission.
The tasks are only handed out in sequence by the NPC, so you must do the first one in order to request the second one and so on.
However, you can technically do them in any order by tagging along with someone else, but you will have to do them all to finish this task.
This task series also flags you for so you can request the related raid event.

THE QUEST
1) THE ELDDAR FOREST: You are looking for Shalowen the Pure (Level 65).
He located between buildings in the city area, in the area of n5, n127, not far from the zone in.
Hail him and follow along, or just try saying, "Interested in Observing," to get the first group task called. "Investigating the Elddar."
You can choose the hard or normal setting.
Then follow your compass to the zone (the big tree with a door in the side).

2) TUNARE'S SHRINE: INVESTIGATING THE ELDDAR: Once you zone in, head all the way up the ramp to the top.
MOB's may scowl at you, but they are not yet aggro.
A good puller would be of great benefit in this task. A good thing to remember is no AoE spells/attacks here.
NOTE: Have a bag slot open!
NOTE: It does not appear MOB's respawn here, if they do, it's a very long timer.
Once at the top, one person needs to go down to the first open area (full of MOB's) to locate A Mystical Chest (Level 1).
Open (/open) it and loot the Figurine of Ro (Magic, No Trade, 5-slot Medium, 0% Weight Reduction, Weight 0.0).
MOB's in the zone will now be aggro.

3) Now you need to locate and kill five (5) A Priest of Ro (Level 72).
As you make your way back down, you will find one of them on each of the five levels below you.
You will have to clear and pull to them.
After you kill each one, the person with the Figurine of Ro needs to loot the Stone of Corruption (Magic, No Trade, Weight 0.0) that drops from each of them.

4) Once you have all five (5) Stone of Corruption, put them inside the Figurine of Ro and combine them to make the Restored Figurine of Ro (Magic, No Trade, Weight 0.0).

5) THE ELDDAR FOREST: Head back to Shalowen the Pure.
Give him the Restored Figurine of Ro to finish this task.
(A Chest) (Level 1) should spawn right there at Shalowen, with a loot for the group to roll on (it seems this is not always the case, however).
6) Speak to Shalowen the Pure again.
Follow along, or just try saying, "'Priest Nalderin" to get the second task, called, "Questioning the Priest."

7) TUNARE'S SHRINE: QUESTIONING THE PRIEST: This time MOB's are aggro from the very start, so be wary when you zone in.
Make you way up to the fourth level (invis as best you can), to find Elder Priest Nalderin (Level 73).
Once it is clear, hail Nalderin and follow along.
Nalderin will attack you after you talk to him.
At 80% Health, he will warp down one level.
Make your way down, speak to him again, he will attack again and he will warp down one level again, at 60%.
Repeat this process all the way to the bottom floor.
On the bottom floor you will finally be able to kill him.
You need to loot the Sealed Scroll of Ro (Lore, Magic, Weight 0.0).

8) THE ELDDAR FOREST: Head back to Shalowen the Pure.
Give him the Sealed Scroll of Ro to finish this task.
A Mystical Chest (Level 1) should spawn right there at Shalowen, with a loot for the group to roll on (it seems this is not always the case, however).

9) Speak to Shalowen the Pure again.
Follow along, or just try saying, "'Crafter" to get the third task, called, "Key to Corruption."

10) Now you need to find and kill four (4) Treant MOB's (same zone) and loot an item from each, as follows:
Agrel the Scorned (Level 72); Loot the Scorned Wood of Agrel (No Trade, Magic, Weight 0.0); He has four adds all ready with him;
Drekin the Scorned (Level 72); Loot the Scorned Wood of Drekin (No Trade, Magic, Weight 0.0); He has four adds all ready with him;
Remlin the Scorned (Level 73); Loot the Scorned Wood of Remlin (No Trade, Magic, Weight 0.0); Adds spawn during the fight, there are no adds with him at the start; As many as ten adds spawn, but they are mezzable;
Zorbig the Scorned (Level 74); Loot the Scorned Wood of Zorbig (No Trade, Magic, Weight 0.0); There are no adds with this one.
Generally speaking, they all (adds included) can hit 1K to 2.5K, cast an 800 DD Root and can AoE Ramp.
The adds are called A Scorned Sproutling, A Scorned Guardian. A Scorned Protector and/or A Scorned Protector (all Level 66).
Before engaging each MOB, find a good spot to pull to and then clear the area of plant and animal type MOB's.
This is necessary due to simple proximity aggro assist (they will help the trees kill you).
It will take a mini-raid of at least two groups to win this one.

11) Now you need to find Orgaf the Crafter (Level 72).
Hail him and say, "Shalowen sent me."
Then give him the four (4) Scorned Wood items you looted (above).

12) He will then stand there (crafting the key you need, waving his arms about), for about 2 minutes. Be patient.
Eventually he will say the orcs need the key more than you do and he will attack you.
Once you kill him, loot the Carved Wooden Key (Magic, No Trade, Weight 0.0), to finish the task.
An Old Chest (Level 1) should also spawn, with a loot for the group to roll on.

13) Head back to Shalowen the Pure.
NOTE: This next phase is a high-end raid event for up to 42-players.
NOTE: You can only request this raid if you have completed the first three group tasks, above.
NOTE: There is a 3 Day, 20 Hour lock out on this raid.
Hail him and follow along or just try saying, "Gather a force" to get this raid mission, called, "The Corruption of Ro."

14) TUNARE'S SHRINE: THE CORRUPTION OF RO: Head for the zone.
Once inside zerg up to the top level to locate Brazlin the High Priest of Ro (Level 80).
Med and buff up, then hail him and follow along. He will then laugh and call a helper into action.

15) The Guardian of the High Priest (Level 80) will appear in the center of the room.
It hits up to 4.5K, flurries, ramps, quads, summons, can root you and is perma-rooted in place.
It also has a hate list 5K DD that is a -160 Attack and a 50% Spell Slow (-450 Prismatic). Use Infusion!
Every 20% about nine (9) adds will spawn from the edges of the rooms.
They are called A Firecore Golem, A Earthcore Golem, and An Icecore Golem (all Level 70). They do not summon and can be kited, but they can also root you, as well. The adds can hit for up to 2.5K.
These adds MUST be killed in short order. If they are not killed fast enough, they will begin to heal the Guardian of the High Priest.
Even worse, if the Guardian of the High Priest regens too much, another MOB, Drekish the Enforcer of Ro (Level 75), will begin to Death Touch random players.
This fight is all about DPS and staying alive!

16) Once you kill Guardian of the High Priest, Brazlin the High Priest of Ro will flee.
The loots are on Guardian of the High Priest.
What you are after is a drop called Chalice of Life (Magic, Lore, Weight 0.0).

17) THE ELDDAR FOREST: Head back to Shalowen the Pure.
Give him the Chalice of Life (item).
He will then back to you The Chalice of Life (aug)!
