This item is a result of the "EQ Ninth Anniversary Scavenger Hunt," first introduced in 2008.
It gets you an item that allows you to gate to the Plane of Knowledge.
This quest may, or may not, be available during anniversary events.

THE QUEST
1) PLANE OF TRANQUILITY: You are looking for Garin Thavlish (Level 70). He is right there near the zone in.
NOTE: Be sure you have a bag slot open!
Hail him and follow along, or just try saying, "I will help," to get this task.
He will give you a Planar Collection Bag (Lore, No Trade, 10-Slot Giant, 0% Weight Reduction).
He will also give you a Planar Clue Book (Lore, Weight 0.2), which is just a list of clues for the items you are after (you can dump it).

2) PLANE OF NIGHTMARE: You are here to obtain A Collector's Hobgoblin Tusk (Lore, No Trade, Weight 1.0).
It drops off of various Hobgoblin type MOB's (Level 56 to 64) in the underwater caves.

3) PLANE OF DISEASE: You are here to obtain A Collector's Spider Eye (Lore, No Trade, Weight 1.0).
It drops off of various Arachnid type MOB's (Level 52 to 56), in the spider caves.

4) PLANE OF VALOR: You are here to obtain A Collector's Pendant of Marr (Lore, No Trade, Weight 1.0).
It drops off of various Knight (Human) type MOB's (Level 65 to 68), in the camp just out from the graveyard (zone in).

5) DRUNDER, FORTRESS OF ZEK: You are here to obtain A Collector's Diaku Blade (Lore, No Trade, Weight 1.0).
It drops off of various "Diaku" type (Ogre) MOB's (Level 60 to 67), just up the steps from the zone in, around the pit and/or in the halls nearby.

6) PLANE OF JUSTICE: You are here to obtain A Collector's Cloak of Justice (Lore, No Trade, Weight 1.0).
It drops off of various "Tribunal" type MOB's (Level 45 to 60), near the portal to the trial area.

7) PLANE OF STORMS: You are here to obtain A Collector's Frog Tongue (Lore, No Trade, Weight 1.0).
It drops off of various "Frog" type MOB's (Level 60 to 63), in the "tornado" area.

8) PLANE OF TORMENT: You are here to obtain A Collector's Tormentor Hide (Lore, No Trade, Weight 1.0).
It drops off of various "Boruk" and "Kaniz" type MOB's (Level 58 to 65), inside "Saryrn's Tower" (key may be required).

9) PLANE OF INNOVATION: You are here to obtain A Collector's Innovative Gear (Lore, No Trade, Weight 1.0).
It drops off of various trash MOB's (Level 47 to 54), most anywhere in the zone.

10) PLANE OF KNOWLEDGE: You are here to obtain A Collector's Note (Lore, No Trade, Weight 1.0).
It is obtained from Aid Eino (Level 60), who is at the top of the Library.
Just hail him to get the item.

11) PLANE OF TRANQUILITY: You are here to obtain A Collector's Soul (Lore, No Trade, Weight 1.0).
It is obtained from Soulbinder Derith (Level 1), who is near the bank.
Just hail him to get the item.

12) Now combine all ten (10) items in the Planar Collection Bag to make a Sealed Planar Collection Bag (Lore, No Trade, Weight 10.0).

13) Head back to Garin.
Give him the Sealed Planar Collection Bag and he will give you the Brick of Knowledge!
