WRAITHGUARD BRACER
aka Armor Supplies
This is an easy quest, with the right help, for a really good bracer! You can loot the four pelts you need first and then get the task when you are ready. There are four different bracers, depending on class. The one noted here is for plate classes.

THE QUEST
1) ICEFALL GLACIER: You are after four (4) Icefall Grizzly Pelt (No Trade, Weight 0.6).
They drop off the various bears here (Level 72 to 76).

2) VALDEHOLM: You are looking for Wraithguard Thentil Strongarm (Level 75).
From the zone in, he is across the bridge, to the far left and up two levels in the first building there (area of n1530, n1070).
Simply hail and follow along, or just try saying, "Supplies." to get a task window.
Choose the "Armor Supplies" task.

3) Now simply give him the (4) four Icefall Grizzly Pelt.
This will pop up the quest reward window where you can now claim your Wraithguard Bracer!
