aka Spirit Mark Armor (aka PoR Armor)
This is a worthwhile quest, if you are Level 70 (required level to wear).
Obtaining the needed items can be frustrating, but the reward is nice.
NOTE: All armor is Paladin only, all races. There are variant versions for other classes.

THE QUEST
1) ARCSTONE, ISLE OF SPIRITS: You must first obtain one of the special drops, as follows (all in this zone):
FOR ARMS: Spirit Mark of Air (Lore, Weight 0.6); It can drop off of Squall (Level 65) or Tempest (Level 69);
FOR CHEST: Spirit Mark of Battle (Lore, Weight 0.6); It can drop off of Firelash (Level 69);
FOR GLOVES: Spirit Mark of Earth (Lore, Weight 0.6); It can drop off of Seedstep (Level 65) or Willowalk (Level 65);
FOR LEGS: Spirit Mark of Fire (Lore, Weight 0.6); It can drop off of Embra (Level 68 or 69)
FOR WRIST: Spirit Mark of Scale (Lore, Weight 0.6); It can drop off of Echo of Skylance (Level 68);
FOR HELM: Spirit Mark of Vision (Lore, Weight 0.6); It can drop off of Bristlebark (Level 65) or Thorn (Level 68 or 69);
FOR FEET: Spirit Mark of Water (Lore, Weight 0.6); It can drop off of Stillsheen (Level 67)

2) You are looking for Lady Usher (Level 70).
She is located at the zone in camp.
You need to buy one of the following items form her (depending on which you need):
Crafting Mold: Spirit Boots (Weight 0.6)
Crafting Mold: Spirit Bracers (Weight 0.6)
Crafting Mold: Spirit Chest (Weight 0.6)
Crafting Mold: Spirit Gloves (Weight 0.6)
Crafting Mold: Spirit Helm (Weight 0.6)
Crafting Mold: Spirit Leggings (Weight 0.6)
Crafting Mold: Spirit Sleeves (Weight 0.6)

3) Now, simply give Lady Usher the related mold and the related mark and she will give you the armor it makes!
