This is a worthwhile quest, if you are Level 60 (required level to wear) or higher.
Obtaining the needed items can be frustrating, but the reward is nice.

THE QUEST
1) FACTION: You need at least WARMLY or better faction with the Dranik Loyalists in order to accomplish this quest.
This is raised by killing most MOB's in the Omens of War zones.
You can also do this by turning in items requested by Vorkiev (see Step 3).

2) FARMING: You will need to obtain the necessary turn in items for each individual piece of armor. They are as follows....

FOR ARMS:
-- You will need 2 (two) Ukun Quill (Weight 0.6). They drop randomly (from Ukuns, of course) in the Ruined City of Dranik.
-- You will need 1 (one) Map of Old Kuua (No Drop, Weight 0.3). It can drop off various named MOB's in Noble's Causeway, the Ruined City of Dranik and the Wall of Slaughter.

FOR CHEST:
-- You will need 3 (three) Shorn Murkglider Tentacle (Weight 3.5). They drop randomly from A Murkglider (Level 63) in the Noble's Causeway.
-- You will need 1 (one) Dragorn Elder Scepter (Lore, No Drop, Weight 4.5). It can drop off of Tiorpat Tornwing (Levels: 71 to 72) in the Ruined City of Dranik or Velitorkin (Level: 75) in the Wall of Slaughter.

FOR FEET:
-- You will need 2 (two) Kyv Bowstring (Weight 0.8). They drop randomly from A Kyv Heartstriker (Level: 65) in the Noble's Causeway.
-- You will need 1 (one) Kuuan Traitor Stones (No Drop, Weight 1.0). It can drop off various named MOB's in Noble's Causeway, the Ruined City of Dranik and the Wall of Slaughter.

FOR HANDS:
-- You will need 2 (two) Discordling Message Satchel (Weight 1.0). As of this typing, it is known to drop only off of A Discordling Enchainer (Level 67 to 68) in the Wall of Slaughter.
-- You will need 1 (one) Spire Control Shard (Lore, No Drop, Weight 1.2). It can drop off various named MOB's in Noble's Causeway, the Ruined City of Dranik and the Wall of Slaughter.

FOR HEAD:
-- You will need 2 (two) Bristling Ukun Hide (Weight 4.5). Known to drop only off Ukuns in the Wall of Slaughter and the Ruined City of Dranik.
-- You will need 1 (one) Duskfall Chronicles (Lore, No Drop, Weight 2.0). It can drop off various named MOB's in Noble's Causeway, the Ruined City of Dranik and the Wall of Slaughter.

FOR LEGS:
-- You will need 3 (three) Dranik Incense Burner (Weight 2.5). It is known to drop randomly in the Wall of Slaughter and Muramite Proving Grounds.
-- You will need 1 (one) Dragorn City Ember (Lore, No Drop, Weight 0.5). It can drop off various named MOB's in the Ruined City of Dranik and the Wall of Slaughter.

FOR WRIST:
-- You will need 2 (two) Ashlock Branch (Weight 0.6). It is known to drop randomly in the Ruined City of Dranik.
-- You will need 1 (one) Dranik Blood Standard (Lore, No Drop, Weight 1.0). It can drop off various named MOB's in Noble's Causeway, the Ruined City of Dranik and the Wall of Slaughter.

3) NOBLE'S CAUSEWAY: You need to find Vorkiev (Level 70), in the area of p1350 p1025.
He will not attack you and cannot be attacked, even if he scowls at you.
Hail him and follow along or simply hand him the required items (unstacked) for whichever piece of armor you have the items for.
He will return to you whichever item that applies!.
