GOLEM HEART RING
This quest is known as “Silzok's Pages.”

THE QUEST
1) Halls of Betrayal (aka Chardok B): Take a decent Level 60-plus group with you. A healer and slower will be key.
From the zone-in, if you head to the right and take the first right, there will be a fenced area on your right.
Kill A Domesticated Chokidai (Level 56 to 58). You will need to kill them until you obtain a Page of Clay (Lore, No Drop, Weight 0.1), a Page of Decay (Lore, No Drop, Weight 0.1), a Page of Dust (Lore, No Drop, Weight 0.1) and a Page of Stone (Lore, No Drop, Weight 0.1).
The Page of Decay seems to be the rare one.

2) Once you have all four pages, you need to find Silzok Foi'zarth (Level 63).
He is in the castle.
You can hail him and follow along the text (with the last phrase being
"I will search for the pages” (before the turn in) and "What is
wrong?" (after the turn in) -- or just give him the four pages from Step
1.

3) After you give him the pages, Silzok's Golem (Level 68) will spawn.
He isn't that tough. Kill him and loot the Golem Heart (Lore, No Drop, Weight 0.1).

4) Now give the Golem's Heart to Silzok and he will give you the Golem Heart Ring!
NOTE: Unsubstantiated rumor! It is suggested that if one player turns in 2 pages, and a 2nd player turns in the other 2 pages -- that it will spawn 2 Silzok's Golem's (back-to-back) allowing both players to get a ring.
