THE QUEST
1) INFECTED PAW (aka Splitpaw Lair): You need four drops from here, as follows:
- Air Elemental Orb (Lore, No Trade, Magic, Weight 1.0), drops off of Windlord Brizoris (Level 70);
- Earthen Elemental Orb (Lore, No Trade, Magic, Weight 1.0), drops off of Earthmaster Grundag (Level 70);
- Fiery Elemental Orb (Lore, No Trade, Magic, Weight 1.0), drops off of Blazemaster Arnab (Level 70);
- Watery Elemental Orb (Lore, No Trade, Magic, Weight 1.0), drops off of Tidemaster Aquinius (Level 70).
These MOB's seem to spawn randomly as you camp the zone. When they spawn,
you will see a zone wide emote, as their arrival is announced.

2) Now you need to locate Gillamina Garstobidokis (Level 60).
Hail her and follow along, or just give her the four items from step one and she will give you the Elemental Stone!
