PAULDRONS OF THE BUILDER

This is a very easy quest for a decent item!

If you fight in the area of the Kyv Assassin Camp, in the Wall of Slaughter long enough, you will get all the drops, build faction and maybe even a few other nice items.

PAULDRONS OF THE BUILDER: Magic, Lore, No Drop; AC 16, STA 8, WIS 7, INT 7, AGI 8, HP 125, MANA 105, END 105, FIRE 6, COLD 6, MAGIC 6, POISON 5; Damage Shield +4; Required Level 60; WAR PAL RNG SHD MNK BRD ROG BST BER; All Races; 1 Type 7 Slot; Weight 0.8.

QUEST SHORTCUT

1) LEVEL 60: You must be Level 60 to wear these.

.

2) FACTION: You must have "Warmly" faction with the Dranik Loyalists.

This faction can be increased simply by hunting in most Omens of War zones.

.

3) WALL OF SLAUGHTER: You want to hunt at one of the camps commonly called the "Assassin" camp (named after the Kyv Assassin) or the "Pureshot" camp (named after the Kyv Pureshot), both of which are in close proximity to each other.

All of the MOB's in these two area's are Level 65 to 71… including the named MOB's.

You need to camp here to obtain three (3) items that drop randomly and relatively often in this area. They are:

· Ladislev's Toolbox (No Drop, Weight 5.0)

· Ring of Architectural Mastery (No Drop, Weight 0.1)

· A Book of Sketches (No Drop, Weight 1.0)

4) DRANIK'S SCAR: You need to find Bolodokan (Level 70).

He is located along the right wall from the zone in at the Priest of Discord, in the area of p750 n1430.

Hail him and follow along or just try saying, "What tools?"

5) No give him the three (3) items from Step 3 and he will give you the Pauldrons of the Builder!

NOTE: Casters get an alternate item called the Mantle of the Architect (Lore, Magic, No Drop; AC 12, DEX 7, STA 8, WIS 8, INT 8, AGI 7, HP 105, MANA 105, FIRE 6, DIS 5, MAGIC 6, POISON 5; Extended Enhancement V; Required Level 60; All races; CLR DRU SHM NEC WIZ MAG ENC; 1 Type 7 slot).
