SECRETS OF FAYDWER RANK I, II& III SPELLS
The Secrets of Faydwer (SoF) continued with the Rank I, II and III spell system, albeit a bit differently.
This time, most of the Rank I spells can be purchased from five different merchants, in four different zones.
Those that are not merchant sold can be found as random drops on the SoF zones.
Acquiring the Rank II spells can also be via a random SoF zone drop, while some are purchased via a faction merchant.
In order to purchase the merchant Rank II spells, you must attain a certain level of faction (kindly to ally) with that merchant.
The Rank III spells are acquired via runes, as noted below, with some exception.
Some are faction merchant sold and require ally faction along with certain flagging (tasks/missions/raids).
You can obtain and memorize a Rank II or even a Rank III spell before you have the lesser versions. This means you can and will skip over the lesser versions.
Rank II and Rank III spells will overwrite (replace) the lesser versions (Rank I or Rank II) of the same spells.
Your spell gems will update as well (automatic).

THE QUEST(S)
1) Rank one spells, for the most part, are sold by five (5) different merchants and can be quite costly.
Each merchant sells a different level of spells/tomes.
For general info on these spells, click here.
The following merchants sell the following level-related spells/tomes (take plenty of coin):
* LEVEL 76: Ellymil Cogswin (Level 76) in Dragonscale Hills (By the windmill);
* LEVEL 77: Kedem Teague (Level 77) in Loping Plains (by the river delta, near the water);
* LEVEL 78: Inizen Nogglezop (Level 80) in Fortress Mechanotus (along the right edge by the fort at a tree, near where you zone in);
* LEVEL 79: Naene Ebonlocke (Level 79) in Hills of Shade (by a tree near the path in the south east);
* LEVEL 80: Seyan Ebonlocke (Level 76) in Hills of Shade (on a hill by a tree, near the grave yard in the north east);

.
2) The remaining Rank II spells are merchant sold and require the proper faction to buy them.
Each merchant is on a different faction, so you will have to work on several factions (via MOB kills and/or by doing tasks) until you attain the proper faction (kindly to ally).
These spells are:
* Spell:
* Spell: Burst of Morrow Rk. II from Hardrin (Level 80) in the Hills of Shade (Kindly faction with
* Spell: Righteous Fury Rk. II from Jashy (Level 80), in Dragonscale Kills (Kindly Faction with Crusaders of Veeshan);

* Spell: Trial for Honor Rk. II from Seridyn (Level 80), in Dragonscale Hills (Ally faction with Ladies of Light).
.
1) Most Rank III spells require that you obtain a raid-drop (rune).
There are three (3) different types of runes that drop off various SoF raid MOB's.
.
2) DRAGONSCALE HILLS: You are looking for Kalim`Kar the Gold (Level 70), in the area of p2300, n1640.
