KEY TO SLEEPER'S TOMB
aka KEY TO JALED DAR'S LAIR
This quest will gain you access to the zone commonly called the Sleeper's Tomb, but is actually named Kerafym's Lair.
There are alternate ways to get the Sleepers Key.
UPDATE: In 2008 Sony decided to allow access to Kerafym's Lair by merit of Level (Level 55).
SLEEPERS KEY: Magic, No Drop, Weight 0.0.
STATUS: Completed and Confirmed!
QUEST
1) You need to obtain one (1) of the following items:

KAEL DRAKKEL: You will need to loot a Shard of Hsagra's Talisman (Lore, Magic, No Drop, Wright 0.1). It can drop off of Derakor the Vindicator (Level: 70), King Tormax (Level: 70) or the The Statue of Rallos Zek (Level: 59). I got mine off of The Statue of Rallos Zek.
VELKETOR'S LABYRINTH: The Shard of Hsagra's Talisman can also drop off of Velketor the Sorcerer (Level: 66). I strongly suggest you go with this option as a Paladin.
WESTERN WASTES: You need to loot Klandicar's Talisman (Lore, Magic, No Drop, Weight 0.5, AC 8, STR 7, DEX 7, STA 7, CHA 7, WIS 7, INT 7, AGI 7, FIRE 7, DIS 7, COLD 7, MAGIC 7, POISON 7, HP 40, MANA 40, All/All); It drops off Klandicar (Level 70).
TEMPLE OF VEESHAN: You need to loot Lendiniara's Talisman (Lore, Magic, No Drop, Weight 0.5, AC 8, STR 5, DEX 5, STA 5, CHA 5, WIS 5, INT 5, AGI 5, FIRE 5, DIS 5, COLD 5, MAGIC 5, POISON 5, HP 70, MANA 70, All/All). It drops off Lendiniara the Keeper (Level 70).
WESTERN WASTES: You need to loot Sontalak's Talisman (Lore, Magic, No Drop, Weight 0.5, AC 8, STR 7, DEX 7, STA 7, CHA 7, WIS 7, INT 7, AGI 7, FIRE 7, DIS 7, COLD 7, MAGIC 7, POISON 7, HP 40, MANA 40, All/All). It drops off Sontalak (Level 70).
SKYSHRINE: You need to loot Yelinak's Talisman (Lore, Magic, No Drop, Weight 0.5, AC 8, STR 7, DEX 7, STA 7, CHA 7, WIS 7, INT 7, AGI 7, FIRE 7, DIS 7, COLD 7, MAGIC 7, POISON 7, HP 40, MANA 40, All/All; Effect Haste 41% at Level 40 to 50% at Level 49). It drops off Lord Yelinak (Level 70).
DRAGON NECROPOLIS: You need to loot Zlandicar's Talisman (Lore, Magic, Weight 0.5, AC 10, STR 10, STA 9, CHA -7, WIS 5, INT 10, AGI 3, FIRE 5, DIS 6, COLD 5, MAGIC 2, POISON 6, HP 60, MANA 60, All/All). If you choose this option, go ahead and loot Zlandicar's Heart (Lore, Magic, Weight 0.0, STR 1, DEX 2, STA 1, CHA -10, WIS 2, INT 20, AGI 3, FIRE 5, DIS 5, COLD 5, MAGIC 5, POISON 5, All Races, NEC, ENC, MAG, WIZ or SK) as well. Both of these drop off of Zlandicar (Level 70).

2A) OPTIONAL (Best one to follow if you went with Option A in Step One):
You may now quest for Jaled Dar's Tomb Key (Lore, Weight 0.1), or move on to Step 3.
If you choose to obtain this key, you have two paths you can follow:
FACTION: You need to positive faction with Zlandicar in Dragon Necropolis. I am not sure of the faction -- but it is more than likely at least "WARMLY." You can build up this faction by killing various "Paebala" rats in Dragon Necropolis, to include one you must kill -- a named rat called Neb (Level 67).
You need to kill Neb because you will need to loot Neb's Head (Lore, No Drop, Weight 0.1).
Give Neb's Head to Zlandicar and you will get the Jaled Dar's Tomb Key.
NOTE: I do not know the spawn locations of these MOB's.

2B) OPTIONAL: (Best one to follow if you went with any option other than A, in Step One):
You need positive faction with Neb. I am not sure of the faction -- but it is more than likely at least "WARMLY." You can build up this faction by killing the various "Chetari" rats in Dragon Necropolis.
You need to kill Zlandicar (see Step 1, Option E) -- in order to loot Zlandicar's Heart.
You need to kill Vaniki (Level 66) in Dragon Necropolis (a named "Chetari" rat) and loot Vaniki's Heart (Lore, Magic, No Drop, Weight 0.1).
Give Zlandicar's Heart and Vaniki's Heart to Neb and you will get Jaled Dar's Tomb Key.

3) DRAGON NECROPOLIS: You will need either the Jaled Dar's Tomb Key (optional Step 2) or a Rogue with a Lockpick skill of at least 210.
I used a Rogue.
You need give one of the items (from Step One) to Jaled Dar's Shade (Level 70).
He is found not too far from the zone in, inside a locked room (which is why you need the key or a rogue).
You can get there safely using invisible -- just beware the traps!
He will give you the Sleepers Key!
NOTE: You will need to use the key before it will go onto your key ring.
