THE QUEST

1) PLANE OF KNOWLEDGE: You are looking for A Frostfell Goblin (Level 50).

He is near the main bank.

NOTE: This task giver -- as well as others noted below -- can be found in several other zones as well.

Hail him and follow along to get the task called, "Frostfell - Searching for Clues."

2) EVERFROST: You are here looking for A Grimp (Level 3).

They are all over the place (they are invisible), but mostly near Halas.

Kill them until you find and loot the following items:

NOTE: If you happen across any Santug's Gift (Weight 0.0), hang on to them for now.

3) PLANE OF KNOWLEDGE: Head back to A Frostfell Goblin.

Give him the five clues you found to finish the first task.

You will get a one-time use Gimp Scales (No Trade, Temporary, Expendable, Weight 0.5), that will allow you to look like an Imp (illusion).

4) Hail and follow along with A Frostfell Goblin get the second task called, "Frostfell - Saving Santug."

.

5) EVERFROST: You are here looking for The Grinnuch (Level 70).

He is located about center of the zone, on the north wall.

All you have to do is find him for a task update, but feel free to hail and follow along for the lore.

If you get close you will see he mentions "Rosebud." (from the movie Citizen Kane, but also a clue).

6) Now you are looking for A Hiding Frostfell Goblin (Level 40).

He is located to the left and rear of The Grinnuch.

Hail him and follow along and you will see that he is looking for Santug's Gift, I noted above.

These drop randomly off any MOB in the zone.

Give him one Santug's Gift at a time (it only took two, when I did it), until he gives you An Ornate Bright Red Sled (Weight 0.0).

7) Give An Ornate Bright Red Sled to The Grinnuch.

He will give you the first version of Santug's Stocking (Lore, No Trade, Weight 3.0).

8) PLANE OF KNOWLEDGE: Head back to A Frostfell Goblin.

Give him the Santug's Stocking to finish this task.

He will give you the second version of Santug's Stocking (Lore, No Trade, 2-Slot Small, Weight Reduction 20%, Weight 2.5).

This turn in, and those that follow, are referred to as the task, "Frostfell: Upgrading Stockings" -- even though it is not an actual task.

9) Santug Claugg (Level 50) will join A Frostfell Goblin (along with others, noted below).

You can do all of the following tasks in any order or at the same time.

10) Before you head out give A Frostfell Goblin you Santug's Stocking.

He will give you the third version of Santug's Stocking (Lore, No Trade, 4-Slot Medium, Weight Reduction 40%, Weight 2.0).

11) PLANE OF KNOWLEDGE: Find Santug Claugg.

Hail Santug and follow along.

Be sure to get two (2) tasks called, "Frostfell - A Gift for Tinam" and "Frostfell - Santug's List."

12) Now talk to Fireworks Engineer Fabdabus (Level 75), who is right there in the vicinity of Santug.

Hail him and follow along to get the task called, "Frostfell - Fireworks." There is a low and high level version, I will detail the high level version.

13) BUTCHERBLOCK MOUNTAINS: You are hunting for A Grimp (Level 3), again.

They are all over the zone and especially in the area near Kaladim.

This time they will drop ten different items, randomly, that you need for one of the tasks. Kill them until you have collected the following:

14) No go find Ebenizer Sprooket (Level 50).

He is on the docks.

Hail him and say to him something like, I want the Clockwork-Dolly."

He will ask for something in return.

15) Now go find Horgram (Level 50).

He is on the south wall, east of Dagnor's Cauldron.

Hail him and say to him something like, "I want the Clockwork-Dolly."

He will ask for something in return.

16) Now go find Horgram (Level 50).

He is on the south wall, east of Dagnor's Cauldron.

Hail him and say to him something like, "I want the Horgram's Gem."

He will ask for something in return.

17) Now go find Hagbletha (Level 50).

She is normally found near the Druid rings walking about.

Hail her and say to him something like, "I want the three locks of hair."

She will ask for something in return.

.

18) Now go find Firin McYorth (Level 50).

He is by the docks.

Hail him and say to him something like, "I want the skin off of your back."

He will ask for something in return and give you Firin's Bag of Coins (Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.0).

19) Head directly to the south wall along the water.

Stay there for a few minutes and you will see Morky (a Level 20 goblin) running along the shore.

Hail him and then trade him the Firin's Bag of Coins.

He will give you Morky's Spear (No Trade, Weight 0.0)

20) Head back to Firin McYorth.

Give him Morky's Spear and he will give you Firin's Bear Skin Cloak (No Trade, Weight 0.0).

20) Head back to Hagbletha.

Give her Firin's Bear Skin Cloak and she will give you Lock of Hagbletha's Hair (No Trade, Weight 0.0).

21) Head back to Horgram.

Give him the Lock of Hagbletha's Hair and he will give you Horgram's Gem (No Trade, Weight 0.0).

22) Head back to Ebenizer Sprooket.

Give him Lock of Hagbletha's Hair and he will give you A Clockwork Dolly (No Trade, Weight 0.0).

23) CHARDOK: You are after four drops.

They are Big 'Sploder Fireworks (No Trade, Weight 0.1, Expendable, Effect: Big 'Splosion).

They drop off random "Sarnak" type MOB's in the zone.

24) NAGAFEN'S LAIR: You are after four drops.

They are Ak'Anon Skylighters (No Trade, Weight 0.1, Expendable, Effect: Dancing Lights).

They drop off random "Kobold" type MOB's in the zone.

25) OLD SEBILIS: You are after four drops.

They are Steamfont Geysers (No Trade, Weight 0.1, Expendable, Effect: Steamfont Geyser).

They drop off random "Frogluk" type MOB's in the zone.

26) PLANE OF KNOWLEDGE: Head back to Santug.

Give him the ten notes from Step 12, above, to complete the "Frostfell - Santug's List" task.

He will give you a Santug Suit (No Trade, Temporary, Expendable, Weight 5.0), that has one shot of Ogre illusion on it.

27) Now turn around to A Frostfell Goblin.

Give him your Santug's Stocking.

He will give you the fourth version of Santug's Stocking (Lore, No Trade, 6-Slot Large, Weight Reduction 60%, Weight 1.5).

28) Turn back around to Santug.

Give him A Clockwork Dolly to finish the task, "Frostfell - A Gift for Tinam."

He will give you a Santug Suit (No Trade, Temporary, Expendable, Weight 5.0), that has one shot of Ogre illusion on it.

29) Now turn back around to A Frostfell Goblin.

Give him your Santug's Stocking.

He will give you the fifth version of Santug's Stocking (Lore, No Trade, 8-Slot Large, Weight Reduction 80%, Weight 1.5).

30) Now turn around to Fireworks Engineer Fabdabus.

Give him the twelve firework items you obtained in Steps 23, 24 and 25, above.

He will give you a Toy Skates (No Trade, Expendable, Weight 2.0), that has one shot of Selo's Accelerando on i

31) Now turn back around to A Frostfell Goblin, once again.

Give him your Santug's Stocking.

He will give you the fifth and final (100%) version of Santug's Stocking!
