THE QUEST
1) FACTION: Faction in with the Rathe Mountains frogluks (formerly of Gukta, Outpost of Marr) is probably a very likely issue.
So if you have bad faction, you may need to either build it up or get someone to do the turn ins for you.

2) FARM PELTS: Farm pelts!
The pelts that this quest is known to work for are:
Low Quality Bear Skin
Low Quality Cat Pelt
Low Quality Wolf Skin
Medium Quality Bear Skin
Medium Quality Cat Pelt
Medium Quality Wolf Skin
It may also work for others, but I am not sure which kinds.
You will need three skins/pelts (or multiples of three).

3) RATHE MOUNTAINS: You need to find Dar Forager Lumun (Level 40).
He is a merchant. Use the "Find" tool to get to him.
Simply give him three "low quality" pelts/skins for one "medium quality" pelt/skin -- or three "medium quality" pelts/skins for one "high quality" pelt of skin.
You will also get some experience.
UPDATE: This quest was originally in Gukta, but it has once again been taken over by trolls (August 2005) and is again known as Grobb. Dar Forager Lumun moved to Rathe Mountains, along with the rest of the Frogloks.
