SHIELD OF THE OTHERWORLD
This series of quests (Serpent's Spine expansion) involve a series of "named" kills, looting of items and handing them in to end up with a decent augmentation!
I really didn't undertake this quest until Level 85 and found that with a mercenary healer, I was able to "solo" the quest, for the most part (a good puller can often help).
NOTE: All quest items can be pre-looted! To save bag/bank space, you can get all four quests at the same time and hand in the items as you get them.

THE QUEST(S)
1) DIREWIND CLIFFS: All of the drops for this task are in this zone.
First up is The Ashengate Ambassador (Level 77). He spawns in the far northwest corner of the zone.
If he isn't up, just kill MOB's until he appears. He hits for up to 1.2K, enrages and summons.
Once he is dead, you need to loot the
First Fragment of the Heroes' Disk
(Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.6).

2) Next up is Carrionmancer Marrowroot (Level 74 to 75).
He spawns in the "boneyard."
If he isn't up, just kill MOB's in the area until he does. He is undead and suumons.
Once he is dead, you need to loot the
Second Fragment of the Heroes' Disk
(Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.6).

3) Next up is Hammerfist the Champion (Level 78).
He spawns in the Black Legion camp near Ashengate.
If he isn't up, just kill MOB's in the area until he does. He hits up to 1.5K and summons.
Once he is dead, you need to loot the
Third Fragment of the Heroes' Disk
(Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.6).

4) Next up is Kendra the Archer (Level 78).
She spawns in the Black Legion camp near Ashengate.
If she isn't up, just kill MOB's in the area until he does. She hits up to 1.5K and summons.
Once she is dead, you need to loot the
Fourth Fragment of the Heroes' Disk
(Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.6).

5) Next up is Chaplain Rourke (Level 76).
He spawns in the Gray Legion camp near the zone in from Direwind.
If he isn't up, just kill MOB's in the area until he does. He summons.
Once he is dead, you need to loot the
Fifth Fragment of the Heroes' Disk
(Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.6).

6) Last is Legionnaire Shylock (Level 76).
She spawns in the Gray Legion camp near the zone in from Direwind.
If she isn't up, just kill MOB's in the area until she does. She does not summon.
Once she is dead, you need to loot the
Sixth Fragment of the Heroes' Disk
(Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.6).

7) VERGLAID MINES: You are looking for Rokiln the Hunter (Level 75).
He is located in a hidden room, that is located down the elevator, to the left and then by clicking te center statue in a "hallway" of statues (statue opens up). It is generally easy to get here with invis.
He is in the center of the room. If you go right up to him, you can safely drop invis without aggro from other MOB's in the room.
Hail him and follow along or just try saying, "Tale," to get the task called, "The Disc of Heroes."
Follow along again to also get the task called, "Shield of the Otherworld."
NOTE: Feel free to go ahead and get all four (4) of his quests now).
Now hand him the six (6) Heroes' Disk to finish this task and get the
Disk of Heroes (Lore, No Trade, All/All, Slot
7 or 8, most armor slots, 50 Mana, 50 Endurance, Avoidance 5, Accuracy 5).

8) Now turn around and give the Disk of Heroes back to him for a task update (Shield of the Otherworld).

9) The drops for this next task, all drop right here in Vergalid Mines.
First up is Har`Lak the Ancient (Level 76 to 78). He spawns the "lower" Vergalid area.
This means you will need access to this part of the zone (click here for details).
Once you can get to this area, invis and levi will be very beneficial in going down, hugging the wall (high) as you then go right (at the water) and then up the next ramp (he spawns near the top of this ramp).
If he isn't up, just kill MOB's until he appears. He hits for up to 1.2K, enrages and summons.
Once he is dead, you need to loot the
First Fragment of the Warriors' Disk
(Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.6).
If you are lucky, he will also drop the
Sixth Fragment of the Warriors' Disk
(Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.6). If he doesn't drop it, stay here and camp him
to kill him again (until you get it).

10) Next is Unearthed Mass (Level 76).
He spawns in the lower section, in the "water" area (left side... same area you go through to right, in step 9).
If he isn't up, just kill MOB's until he appears.
Once he is dead, you need to loot the
Fifth Fragment of the Warriors' Disk
(Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.6).

11) Next up is Overseer Dyla (Level 69 to 71).
She spawns in the area of p570, n485.
If she isn't up, just kill MOB's until she appears.
Once she is dead, you need to loot the
Second Fragment of the Warriors' Disk
(Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.6).

12) Next up is Surveyor Jerzak (Level 76).
He spawns at the dead end (drop off) down to the left, from the elevator.
If he isn't up, just kill MOB's until he appears.
Once he is dead, you need to loot the
Third Fragment of the Warriors' Disk
(Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.6).

13) Next up is Watchman Orak (Level 76).
He spawns in the area of p690, n790.
If he isn't up, just kill MOB's until he appears.
Once he is dead, you need to loot the
Fourth Fragment of the Warriors' Disk
(Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.6).

14) Last up is Watchman Orak (Level 76).
He spawns in the area of p690, n790.
If he isn't up, just kill MOB's until he appears.
Once he is dead, you need to loot the

15) No head back to Rokiln the Hunter.
If you didn't get the task, "The Warrior's Disk" before, do so now.
Then give him all six of the "Warrior Disks" to
finish this task and recieve
the
Disk
of Warriors (Lore, No Trade, All/All, Slot 7 or 8, most armor slots,
10 AC, 50 HP, Shielding 1).

16) Now turn around and give the Disk of Warriors back to him for a task update (Shield of the Otherworld).
