The Legacy of Ykesha expansion brought two new Paladin spells into the game.

Both are healing type spells and have to be quested. Don't worry, is actually one quest and not two separate ones!

SPELL: Ethereal Cleansing: Magic; No Drop; Level 44; Alteration; Mana Cost 150; 0.1 Weight; Paladin Only; All Races; Increase Hit Points by 98 to 100 every tick and lasts 4 ticks (24 seconds).

SPELL: Light of Life: Magic; No Drop; Level 52; Alteration; Mana Cost 215; 0.1 Weight; Paladin Only; All Races; Heals for 410 Hit Points.

THE QUEST(S)

NOTE: To avoid aggro you will need Invis!

1) GULF OF GUNTHAK: Start in the "fort" area. From the "Lighthouse," swim south to the "ship graveyard" or "beach." If you stay on the left wall, you will come to a tunnel. Continue with the left wall and you will end up at the fort area.

It is here that the item you need, A Black Medallion (No Drop, Paladin only, 0.1 Weight), drops.

One line info is that it can drop off most any "marauder" MOB. In-game information is that it drops off only Troll Marauders (Level 38). Neither is true.

I got mine off of a Troll Pillager (Level 33 to 35), after hours of camping over a three (3) day period. It does not seem to be a common drop.

2) Run and swim back to the Lighthouse.

Standing near the edge of the water, you will find a Deepwater Knight named Millius Darkwater.

Give him the Black Medallion.

He will give you back A Black Skull Necklace (No Drop, Magic, 0.1 Weight, Paladin only).

3) Now head back to the ship graveyard.

Again, stay on the left wall. A short distance from the tunnel, in the area of n1000 n1100 (near corner at a large boat hull) is your destination.

Look for an Erudite Spirit to spawn (said to be a 20-minute spawn). You need the male spirit (not the female one).

He will con indifferent to you. When I found him he was right up near the boat hull.

Give him the Black Skull Necklace.

He will give back to you a Glowing Black Skull Necklace (No Drop, Magic, Paladin only, 0.1 Weight) and the Spell: Ethereal Cleansing (see above)!

NOTE: Most information is that you now need to return to Millius Darkwater and give him the Glowing Black Skull Necklace. However, all this does is get you the same item back and more narrative to the quest story line. Thus, I don't believe this is a necessary step.

4) DULAK'S HARBOR: After you zone in to Dulak's Harbor, follow the left wall. After you go around the bend you will see a fenced off area.

Near the rock formation against a corner of the fence, there is a secret door. Simply walk through it.

Now you will see a cave entrance. Go in the cave and bear left (straight) until you get to an "Octopus Bridge." When you see it, you will know what I mean.

Mid-way across the bridge there is a branch that goes to the right. Take that branch.

At the end of this tunnel you will see a stone-brick entrance with some steps down into a passage. This is where you want to be… just before the steps (p1404, n416).

Chester Steelblade (Level 50) spawns in the far right corner in front of you (about an hour spawn). He does have place holders, so keep the area free of MOB's.

Give Chester the Glowing Black Skull Necklace and he will give you back the Spell: Light of Life.

He will then attack you, so be ready (he is undead).
