FREE EXPERIENCE (XP)
There are many ways to gain or earn "free" XP in EQ, depending on how you define it.
On this page, I am not talking about what i call "free ride" XP... like being power leveled, hanging out with a higher level group soaking up the XP and such as that.
Nor am I necessarily talking about the XP you get at the end of a quest or a task, as it is overly involved.
What I speak of here is XP that is very easily gained as a matter of happenstance or for just going through a little trouble. Items that can be turned in for XP (quest that requires nothing more than the turn in) or items that can be pre-looted and immediately turned in for a task (with no other steps).
In short, most of this is simply a matter of turning in looted items, as noted below, with no pre-flags, no tasks required in advance, no hails needed and so forth!
NOTE: The Free XP noted below can be very minor to very worth while, but XP is XP!
