ANCIENT FAYCITE BONE CIRCUM
FLAGGING/ACCESS: Larquin Fangbreaker
Group Missions
Along the way, you will also gain flagging/faction to request and/or access certain group and raid missions (noted above).
The series is pretty involved for what you get, but as noted, the tasks are also related to faction and progression (SoF expansion).
There are a lot of items to obtain, as well as a lot of combines. For that reason, I have organized this guide for each combine-set.
You can, however, do them in any order that you can get them (just note that some tasks do require that you have accomplsihed previous tasks, unless you are tagging along with someone who can request the mission).
NOTE:
Expect all MOB's in this series to hit for at least 2K to 3K, if not more.
.
Ancient Faycite Bone Circum: Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.7; Click Effect: Ancient Faycite Resonance Barrier (Infravision with 50 to all resists, 400 Mana, 400 Endurance, 700 HP100, 15% Spell Damage Mitigation, 7% Melee Damage Mitigation, -500 Spell Damage Shield and Damage Shield +120); Required Level 80 for the buff.

THE QUEST(S)
Bronzebeard's Fate The Bloodmoon The Dark Crystals The Departed Walking Into Spider Webs
How to Make the Were-Orc Circum
1) LOPING PLAINS: You are looking for Larquin Fangbreaker (Level 85).
NOTE: This is a group mission… you will need a competent group.
He is located at the "Fangbreakers" camp right there near the zone in from Steamfont.
Hail him and follow along and just try saying, "Something," to get the mission called, "The Bloodmoon."
NOTE: While this series of missions do not have to be done in order (if you tag along with someone else), you will have to do them in order if you wish to request them yourself (one mission unlocks the next).

.
2) BLOODMOON KEEP: THE BLOODMOON: This is an instanced zone. You get into it at the same location as the normal Bloodmoon zone.
You are here to kill fifteen (15) "Worgs" and fifteen (15) "Orcs" (Level 78 to 81) of any kind.
MOB's do not seem to re-pop here (once dead, they stay dead).
.
3) As you kill MOB's, make your way into the door (only this one door, to the east, should open).
In this direction, you need to locate five (5) An Equipment Crate (Level 1).
You need to open (/open) them and loot five (5)
Bloodmoon
Wolf Harness (Magic, No Trade, Weight 1.0).
Step 2, above, will be easily accomplished before you get to the final Crate.

.
4) LOPING PLAINS: Head back to Larquin Fangbreaker.
Give him the five (5) Bloodmoon Wolf Harness to finish the mission.
You may now claim your rewards, to include the
Crusty Were-Orc Claw (Lore, No Trade, Weight
1.0).
.
5) Now hail Larquin again and follow along, or just try saying, "Else," to get the next mission called, "Walking Into Spider Webs."
NOTE: This is a group mission, you will need a competent group.
.
6) BLOODMOON KEEP: WALKING INTO SPIDER WEBS: This is an instanced zone. You get into it at the same location as the normal Bloodmoon zone.
You are here to do the following:
· Kill fifteen (15) A Bloodfang Spider (Level 80);
· Destroy ten (10) An Egg Sac (Level 1);
· Destroy five (5) A Cocoon (Level 1).
Pull and clear to the east (only this one door should open) to get to the
area you need to get to.
MOB's do not respawn here.
NOTE: Be wary that when destroying An Egg Sac, several A Bloodfang Hatchling (Level 78) can spawn from it!

.
7) LOPING PLAINS: Head back to Larquin Fangbreaker.
Hail him to finish the mission.
You may now claim your rewards, to include the
Dirty Were-Orc Claw (Lore, No Trade, Weight
1.0).
.
8) Now hail Larquin again and follow along, or just try saying, "Favor," to get the next mission called, "Bronzebeard's Fate."
NOTE: This is a group mission, you will need a competent group.
.
9) BLOODMOON KEEP: BRONZEBEARD'S FATE: This is an instanced zone. You get into it at the same location as the normal Bloodmoon zone.
First, you need to acquire five (5)
Bloodmoon
Shackle Key (No Trade, Weight 0.1).
They can drop off A Bloodmoon Jailer (Level 80) and A Bloodmoon Slaver (Level 81).
So, just pull and kill to the east (only this one door should open).
MOB's do not respawn here.
As you pull and kill to the east, you will see jail cells and various
prisoners (of different races) with "slave" in their name (all Level
50).
When it is safe to do so, hand any one of them a Bloodmoon Shackle Key to set them free.
You need to set five (5) of them free.
NOTE: If the slave is of race that "scowls" at your character, they will not take the Bloodmoon Shackle Key from you. You can either give a key to a different slave, or use an illusion to get around this concern.
.
10) Continue to clear east and north.
Eventually you should find Hurley Bronzebeard (Level 80) lying on the ground, in a dead end room to the north.
He is surrounded by three (3) "Orc" MOB's (Level 80), who will aggro as soon as you get near (open the door), so be ready.
You need to kill the three Orcs.

.
11) Once the Orcs are dead, get set-up for another battle.
When ready, have the tank hail Hurley.
Hurley will then attack and transform into a werewolf.
You need to kill him.
.
12) LOPING PLAINS: Head back to Larquin Fangbreaker.
Hail him to finish the mission.
You may now claim your rewards, to include the
Grimy Were-Orc Claw (Lore, No Trade, Weight
1.0).
.
13) Now you are looking for Maria Starforge (Level 85), who is right there in the same camp as Larquin.
Hail her and follow along to get the task called, "The Departed."
She will give you a
Moondancer
Pendant (Magic, No Trade, Weight 1.0; Clicky Effect: Tunare's Purity).
NOTE: This is a group mission, you will need a competent group.

.
14) BLOODMOON KEEP: THE DEPARTED: This is an instanced zone. You get into it at the same location as the normal Bloodmoon zone.
You are here to do the following:
· Kill ten (10) An Elvish Ghost (Level 80);
· Kill ten (10) A Blight Speaker (Level 80);
· Kill ten (10) A Shadow Priest (Level 80).
Simply pull and kill your way to the west (only this one door should open).
MOB's do not respawn here.

.
15) Clear on up to the final room in this wing (be sure to clear the trash in the last room).
Here you will see a platform with The Spirit of Falstaff (Level 81) standing on it.
When ready go up and engage him. He can hit up to 4K.
During the battle, he will regularly summon adds (one at a time) called A Hungry Spirit (Level 80).
These adds will not aggro, but they will charm a group member and then despawn. The charm is short lived, but it can be really detrimental if the healer or tank is the one charmed.
Once you have the The Spirit of Falstaff down to 20% health or lower, watch for an emote, "The Spirit of Falstaff's form fades in and out of your vision. It seems very weak."
Having a voice trigger set up for this would be very useful!
When this emote happens, the person with the Moondancer Pendant needs to click it on The Spirit of Falstaff immediately, to finish him off.
Failure to do this will result in The Spirit of Falstaff regaining full health and you will have to fight him back down again!
NOTE: Clicking the Moondancer Pendant is a 200K nuke. It should finish off The Spirit of Falstaff. However, I have seen it, more than once, fail to finish him off followed by his regen to full health. The problem that then arises, if this happens, is that the Moondancer Pendant has a 30 minute recast time! If so, it may be best to start over with a new mission! I am unclear if it is possible to get a pendant for each group member (by getting and dropping the task multiple times), but it may be worth a try… before you go in the first time (so everyone has a Moondancer Pendant).
When successful, Falstaff Moondancer will appear (Level 80).
Hail him. You should receive
Falsattf's
Letters (Magic, No Trade, Weight 0.1)... and
yes, it is spelled this dyslexic way in the game.

.
16) LOPING PLAINS: Head back to Maria.
Give her the Falsattf's Letters to finish the mission.
You may now claim your rewards, to include the
Grungy Were-Orc Claw (Lore, No Trade, Weight
1.0).
.
17) Now hail Maria
again, to get the next mission called, "The Dark
NOTE: This is a group mission, you will need a competent group.
.
18) BLOODMOON KEEP: THE DARK
First, you need to acquire five (5)
Bloodmoon
Shackle Key (No Trade, Weight ).
They can drop off A Bloodmoon Jailer (Level 80) and A Bloodmoon Slaver (Level 81).
So, just pull and kill to the east (only this one door should open).
MOB's do not respawn here.
As you pull and kill to the east, you will see various "miners" (of different races) (all Level 50).
When it is safe to do so, hand any one of them a Bloodmoon Shackle Key to set them free.
You need to set five (5) of them free.
One of them should give you
Bloodmoon Crystal Samples (Magic, No Trade, Weight 0.1).
.
19) Now you need to find and kill A Bloodmoon Engineer (Level 80).
He spawns in the west room after you have freed the 5th "Miner."
Kill him and loot the
Bloodmoon
Torch (Magic, No Trade, Weight 1.0; 5 Charges of "Torch").

.
20) You are now looking for An Explosives Cache (Level 1).
It should be nearby.
WARNING: Do not try to open (/open) or "kill" An Explosives Cache, as it will explode!
This next sequence requires that you light the fuse on the An Explosives Cache, which is done by clicking the Bloodmoon Torch on it (target and click).
There will then be three (3) emotes about the fuse starting to burn and then burning shorter and shorter.
After each emote, two random zone MOB's will spawn and then run and try and put out the fuse. You need to intercept them and prevent this… by mezzing or killing them.
Once successful, there will be an explosion and you will get a task update (try not to be too close to the explosion).
.
21) LOPING PLAINS: Head back to Maria.
Give her the Bloodmoon Crystal Samples to finish the mission.
You may now claim your rewards, to include the
Grubby Were-Orc Claw (Lore, No Trade, Weight
1.0).
FLAG NOTE: Completing this task series will flag you to request the 54-Person raid, "The Fanged Moon."
.
22) Now turn to Derak Fangbreaker (Level 80).
NOTE: Have a bag slot open!
You need to buy from him a
Knuckle Bone Extractor
(No Trade, Weight 0.1, 1-Slot Giant, 0% Weight Reduction) (it will cost you
about 27 Platinum).
You will need at least "apprehensive" faction with him to buy this item.

.
23) Now you will need to combine each of the Claws (rewards from above mission) inside the Knuckle Bone Extractor.
NOTE: I do not recall if the combines consumed the Knuckle Bone Extractor, so it is possible you may have to buy a new Knuckle Bone Extractor for each combine.
You should end up with the following items:
·
Crusty Were-Orc Claw becomes a
Dull Were-Orc Knuckle
Bone (Lore, No Trade, Weight 01.).
·
Dirty Were-Orc Claw becomes a
Polished Were-Orc
Knuckle Bone (Lore, No Trade, Weight 01.).
·
Grimy Were-Orc Claw becomes a
Smooth Were-Orc
Knuckle Bone (Lore, No Trade, Weight 01.).
·
Grungy Were-Orc Claw becomes a
Worn Were-Orc Knuckle
Bone (Lore, No Trade, Weight 01.).
·
Grubby Were-Orc Claw becomes a ![]()
.
24) Now buy from Derak
a
Knuckle Bone Stringing
Cord (No Trade, Weight 0.1; 5-Slot Giant, 0% Weight Reduction) (it will
cost you about 27 Platinum).
You will need at least indifferent faction with him, to buy this item.
.
25) Now combine the five (5) Knuckles
(see step 23) inside the Knuckle Bone Stringing
Cord to make a
Were-Orc Bone Circum (Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.4; Clicky
Effect: Ember Eyes, which allows you to see in the dark; requires Level 75).
Hold on to this, you will need it later!
.
26) LOPING PLAINS: Now look for Kadara Fangbreaker (Level 85), in the same area.
Hail her and follow along, or just try saying, "I can hack it as a fang breaker," to get the mission called, "Moonfang."
NOTE: Unless you tag along with someone else, you may need to have accomplished the first set of missions (above), before you can request this mission yourself. It is definite that you need to have at least done the mission called "Bloodmoon."
NOTE: This is a raid event, for up to twelve (12) players.

.
27) BLOODMOON KEEP: MOONFANG: This is an instanced zone, accessed at the normal Bloodmoon zone line.
Your raid is here to kill Moonfang (Level 84).
You will have to clear east (there should be only one door that opens) to get to him.
He hits upward of 4K, flurries and rampages. He also has a 4K single target nuke, that will stun for 2 seconds and cause the player to feign death (so be prepared for aggro bouncing).
At about 90% he will emote and begin to spawn about four (4) adds every 20% or so. The adds are A Worg Pup, A Vicious Worg and An Armored Worg (all Level 80 and low Hit Points... some can be mezzed).
Have the raid take out the adds, each time they spawn.
NOTE: Some say that Moonfang will call any trash MOB's left alive in the zone to his aide. This seems to be inaccurate. What is likely happening is that the spawned adds are running by (or near) trash MOB's causing them to aggro as well. To be on the safe side, you may as well kill all the trash MOB's before you engage Moonfang.

.
28) LOPING PLAINS: Head back to Kadara Fangbreaker.
Hail her to finish this mission and claim your rewards, to include the
Ancient Emerald Faycite Bisection (No Trade,
Weight 1.0).
.
29) LOPING PLAINS: Now speak to Kadara, again.
Just hail her and choose to get the mission called, "The Broodmother."
NOTE: Unless you tag along with someone else, you may need to have accomplished the first set of missions (above), before you can request this mission yourself. It is definite that you need to at least have done the mission called "Walking Into Spider Webs."
NOTE: This is a raid event, for up to twelve (12) players.
.
30) BLOODMOON KEEP: THE BROODMOTHER: This is an instanced zone, accessed at the normal Bloodmoon zone line.
Your raid is here to kill The Broodmother (Level 85).
To get to her, will you will have to clear all the way down into the spider area (only one door should open, making the direction to go an easy choice).
She is up on the precipice, in the spider area. Clear all possible adds before you engage her.
She can hit upwards of 4K and rampages. She can also be snared/rooted.
Once you engage her, take her to the corner/wall and have the raid get ready to focus on the adds, as they appear.
Every 60-seconds several (4 or 5) A Cocoon (low HP) will appear nearby. These need to be attacked and destroyed ASAP, or they will hatch into several (about 4 each) adds (A Bloodfang Spiderling, Level 80, mezzable).
Additionally, she will spawn about three (3) low HP spider adds (Level 80 to 81, mezzable) at 75%, 50% and 25%.
Basically, it's a long clear in and then just keep the tank up, as the raid switches between killing adds and attacking The Broodmother.

.
31) LOPING PLAINS: Head back to Kadara Fangbreaker.
Hail her to finish this mission and claim your rewards, to include the
Ancient Emerald Faycite Bisection (No Trade,
Weight 1.0).
.
32) DRAGONSCALE HILLS: You are looking for the Automated Vending Unit II (Level 80), who is near the "cannon."
NOTE: Have a bag slot open!
Buy from him a
Ancient Faycite
Recrystalizer (No Trade, Weight 0.1, 4-Slot Giant, 0% Weight Reduction).
You will need at least apprehensive faction with him, to buy this item.

.
33) Now combine the two (2) Bisection
(from above) inside the Ancient Faycite
Recrystalizer to make an
Ancient Emerald
Faycite (Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.1).
.
34) Now turn back to the Automated Vending Unit II.
NOTE: Have a bag slot open!
Buy from him a
Ancient Faycite
Mounting Clasp (No Trade, Weight 0.1, 2-Slot Giant, 0% Weight
Reduction).
You may need at least indifferent faction with him, to buy this item.
.
35) Now combine the Were-Orc Bone Circum
(above) and the Ancient Emerald Faycite (above)
to make an
Ancient
Faycite Bone Circum (Lore, No Trade, Weight 0.4, Clicky Effect: Ancient
Faycite Resonance Barrier, a 100 HP Buff with Infravision;
required Level 76).
Hold on to this, you will need it later!
