SPELL: FORCE OF AKERA
This spell was added with a patch in July 2003.
It is a minor quest to obtain it.
It is a quick casting stun spell.

All Races, Paladin Only, Evocation, Mana 90.

THE QUEST
1) PLANE OF KNOWLEDGE: First off, head up in the Grand Library to the Paladin spell merchants and find Cavalier Ethigom (Level 60).
Buy the spell Spell: Quellious' Word of Tranquility (Magic, Weight 0.1).

2) BAZAAR or KEDGE KEEP: Now you will need to obtain a Seahorse Scales (Weight 0.1).
The easiest way is to buy one in the Bazaar or get it from another player.
If not, you will need to make your way to Kedge Keep and loot one for yourself!
It drops off most of the Seahorses MOB's there, all Level 39 to 42.

3) PLANE OF TRANQUILITY: You need to find an NPC named Illian Rellasp (Level 60).
He is standing by the shore, not far from Doomfire, the Burning Lands zone.
Give him the Spell: Word of Tranquility and the Seahorse Scales and he will give you the Spell: Force of Akera!
